"Bungee fitness Scotland puts fun in to getting fit. It's hard work, gets the heart rate up and you most definitely sweat, However, it is great fun, and you can't help but smile when training. Kim is amazing, so good at demonstrating and explaining the moves, encourages everyone to have a go and is so patient with everyone - No pressure, No judgement. Will definitely be back for a class."

"I did my tryout for bungee fitness yesterday Sunday 28th may 2023, and i can honestly say it was fun, not boring standing around in one place lifting weights etc, there were different moves, and it didnt feel a workout even when it was and got me sweating with the running and jumping, would definitely recommend anyone to try it out, as i will definitely be back. Thanks to kim for the time and patience she had in the class with everyone."
